Petroleum Sports Promotion Board (PSPB) is inviting proposals from reputed Football Academies to support Girls Football preferably located near PSPB location.
Proposals are invited for supporting 15 girls aged between 10-17 years.
The academy should have the following essential facilities:
- Coaching & Training
- Qualified Women Coaches with AIFF or equivalent certification
- Structured Training Programs for skill development, tactics, and fitness
- Fitness and Conditioning sessions (including strength and agility)
- Access to Goalkeeping-specific Coaching (if applicable)
- Match Analysis and Video Review Tools
- Residential & Educational Facilities
- Boarding & Lodging with hygienic and comfortable living conditions
- Nutritious meals and clean Canteen/ Dining Hall
- Provision for schooling (either regular tie-up with local schools or correspondence)
- Study Support: tutors, study rooms, or evening academic hours
- Support Staff
- Professional Physiotherapist
- Sports Psychologist
- Certified Fitness Trainer
- Nutritionist (preferred)
- Female Wardens/ Mentors for emotional and social support
- Medical Staff or tie-up with a nearby Hospitals/ Clinics
- Infrastructure
- Full-size Football Ground (natural grass or artificial turf)
- Mini Training Ground or futsal court for skill sessions
- Floodlights for evening training
- Gymnasium/ Fitness Center
- Locker Rooms and Showers (clean, safe, and separate)
- Laundry facilities
- Security & Safety
- 24×7 female Security Staff
- 24×7 CCTV surveillance in all common areas
- Secure campus with boundary walls and restricted access
- Emergency response plan in place
- Competitive Exposure
- Participation in District/ State/ National Tournaments
