Job Summary
Petroleum Sports Promotion Board invites applications from highly qualified and experienced Foreign Table Tennis Coaches to lead and elevate its Table Tennis Academy at Sonipat. The Academy trains some of India’s top-ranked cadet, sub-junior, junior, and youth players (ages 9–18 years ). The selected coach will work closely with Indian coaches, and support staff, to ensure world-class training and international exposure.
Required Qualifications & Expertise
• The age of the Foreign Coach should be 45 years and above.
• He should have played at the international level and possess proven playing credentials.
• He must hold a certified coaching qualification from a recognised and accredited coaching institution.
• Should have proven international-level coaching experience with elite Junior and Senior players.
• Must demonstrate strong technical expertise in modern, high-speed table tennis techniques, tactical development, and match strategies.
• Should have experience in conducting player assessments, designing individualised training plans, and performance benchmarking.
• Must be capable of working collaboratively with Indian coaches to ensure effective knowledge transfer and long-term capacity building.
• Should provide support in planning international exposure trips, competition schedules, and match analysis.
• Must possess strong communication skills, excellent temperament, professionalism, and leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical and tactical training sessions for academy players in coordination with Indian coaching staff.
• Develop short-term and long-term training plans aligned with International standards.
• Provide individualised inputs to enhance player technique, mental preparation, and match performance.
• Guide Indian coaches to strengthen grassroots and advanced coaching frameworks.
• Assist in tournament preparation, analysis, and performance reviews.
• Maintain high standards of discipline, professionalism, and sportsmanship within the academy environment.
