Job Summary:
Petroleum Sports Promotion Board is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Table Tennis Coach for their one of the best academies with top National and International ranking player in the age group of 09-18 to join our coaching team with Head Coach from Sweden, Assistant Coach, Physical Trainer & Phycologist. The selected candidate will assist the head coach and other Coaching Team staff in planning and executing training sessions, providing feedback to players, and supporting the overall development of the team.
- Qualification and Skills:
- Minimum 3-4 Year of Experience with Strong references.
- Should be able to communicate in English & Hindi
- Coaching certification from a recognized table tennis Federation/SAI/NIS.
- Experience working with youth or junior players.
- Knowledge of sports injury prevention and basic first aid.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and other essential computer skills.
- Playing experience will also be a additional qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Coach, in conducting table tennis training sessions along with other team mates like physical trainer, other Assistant Coach, Physiologists and other senior players who visits the Academy from Time to Time.
- He should be a team Player and should have knowledge and skills to train the trainees in the age group (09 to 17 years). He should also be able to handle the girls’ trainees.
- Support the head coach in developing training programs and strategies.
- Provide individual feedback to players to help them improve their skills and techniques.
- Assist in organizing and managing table tennis tournaments and events.
- Ensure a safe and positive training environment for all players.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to maintain high standards of coaching and sportsmanship.

Other Terms and Conditions:
The location Posting of the Assistant Coach will be at DPS Sonipat (Full time) and he will be given accommodation at school so that he should be available for the training secession Morning and evening as planned by PSPB Team.
The performance of the Assistant Coach selected along with the other coaches will be reviewed every quarter.
